What Relocation is not

An immigration service. The permit is granted by the authorities; we prepare the file with the employer, we do not issue it.
A promise of a flat by a set date. We keep a timeline and follow it step by step; the landlord alone chooses.

Terms

Terms of the Relocation

Purpose. Relocation is an agency contract (art. 394 ff. CO) given by the employer for the benefit of its employee: Rental Search and arrival formalities (Essentials), plus settling in, orientation and Handover (Complete).
Price. Essentials CHF 2,900, Complete CHF 4,900, excluding VAT, confirmed in writing before any order. Invoiced to the employer: 50% at order, 50% when the lease is signed. No balance based on the rent.
Cancellation. At any time; the first half remains due for work undertaken, the second is only due when a lease is signed.

For all rental services

Cancellation. Each contract can be ended at any time, by you or by us (art. 404 CO). What has been delivered remains due; nothing else is.
No promise of a flat. The landlord alone chooses the tenant. We commit to work, timelines and a file, never to obtaining a lease.
One client per lease. We are never paid on both sides of the same lease (art. 415 CO).
Your data. Your documents are stored in a protected area of our server in Europe (Germany), read by Alexandre alone, shared with a property manager only with your consent, flat by flat, and deleted thirty days after the end of the assignment. Details in the privacy policy.
Prices. Amounts excluding VAT; Affinités is not VAT-registered: the amount shown is the amount paid. Online payment through SumUp.
Law and jurisdiction. Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction Lausanne, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
