Recent comparables from the area, each adjusted against a written grid and updated with the official index of the Federal Statistical Office.
The bank reading
A statistical model, of the kind banks use: it indicates the bank valuation.
The investor reading
The net yield, for any let property or building.
The reconciliation
The readings are weighted and the gap between them measured. A confidence rating of A, B or C appears on every valuation report. Beyond a 15 % gap, no report without a second viewing.

Listing views, viewings, feedback, offers, without having to ask.
A free exit
If we do not keep our commitments, you terminate at no cost after 60 days.
