Every property listed here has been valued, visited and checked: official building data, floor plans, figures. The price shown is the one our method can defend, not the one that draws attention.
Second homes, retirement properties, pieds-à-terre: presented with the same file as a property here. Depending on the property, we conduct the sale ourselves or with a partner agency on site; each listing says which.

Three ways of bringing a property to market
The seller chooses, in writing, in the mandate. The price is the same for everyone, whichever the route.
Online, for everyone
The property appears in this gallery and on the property portals. Anyone can request the file and a viewing.
Ten days ahead of everyone
Before any publication, the property is presented only to buyers with a verified passport whose plans match it. After ten days, it appears here.
Never published
The seller wants no listing: discretion, an estate, the neighbours. The property is presented one buyer at a time, to verified passports only, with no photos released and no public address.
The Buyer Passport opens these two doors
Your buying capacity, verified against documents and dated by the agency. It tells the seller that your offer will hold; it tells us which properties to present to you. It grants no privilege on price: two equal offers with equal financing are treated the same way.
