Four ways to be a Passeur

Our fees are fixed, never a percentage of the price. Your client pays less than elsewhere: on a CHF 1.2 million property, more than CHF 20,000 less than with an agency charging 3 %. That is why you recommend us, for them as much as for you.

Amounts excluding VAT, paid within 30 days of our fees being received. Nothing is due if the deal does not complete.

Six rules, written once and for all

Your personal link. Every referral goes through it, or the person signs up with your code. It is dated in your name.
Six months’ protection. If the person signs within six months, the fee is yours. The first Passeur recorded wins.
A new contact. They were not in contact with us in the previous twelve months.
Paid when we are paid. The fee is paid within 30 days. No advance, no costs.
Always with the person’s consent. We contact no one without their agreement. You see only the progress, never their file.
A simple agreement. A referral fee deal by deal, ended at any time. If you advise the person yourself, you tell them about your fee.
