This page applies to Affinités Immobilier: the affinites-immobilier.ch website, the online Advisor, the Noah telephone reception on 021 312 85 58, the seller portal and the broker’s office. It sets out what we collect, why, who processes it with us, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Affinités, sole proprietorship, Avenue de Lavaux 70A, 1009 Pully, Switzerland, for its real estate brokerage activity “Affinités Immobilier”. Contact for any question about your data: Alexandre, hello@affinites.ch, 021 312 85 58.
Affinités carries on two activities: the artificial intelligence consultancy for businesses and real estate brokerage. So as not to ask you for the same information twice, your contact details are held in a single contact record shared by both activities. The details of your property project (finances, documents, mandate) remain in the brokerage database and are not used by the consultancy.
We work with service providers who process data on our behalf, in accordance with our instructions and under contract:
Where data is processed in the United States, this is done by service providers certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or covered by standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
We also pass on what is necessary for the sale, and only that: to the notary and to the buyer’s bank to prepare the deed and the financing, and to the experts we engage on your behalf (for the energy certificate, for example).
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement tool. Your browser stores a few settings locally (the Advisor’s sound, your access to the seller portal during your visit) and the source of your first visit (link, campaign or referring site, for 90 days at most). This source is attached only to the forms you send, so that we know how you found us; it is passed on to no advertising network.
You may at any time ask to know what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, object to its processing or receive a copy of it in a commonly used format. Write to hello@affinites.ch; we reply within thirty days. Certain data must be kept for as long as the law requires (the file of a completed sale, for example): in that case, we will tell you.
If you consider that your data is not being processed correctly, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The broker’s office and the area for uploaded documents are protected by restricted access. The seller portal opens with a personal sixteen-character code, specific to each property. Exchanges with the website are encrypted.
Version of 7 October 2026. We will update this page if our processing changes; the date above is authoritative.
